A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Start with what works for you. You can always make a plan together, one step at a time.

Do we have to combine our finances?

No. ExpenGoals keeps a private “My side” for each person and a shared meeting point for the things you choose to plan together.

Does ExpenGoals connect to our bank?

No. There is no bank connection. You enter the items you want to keep track of, and the app does not ask for bank login details.

How do we get started together?

One person creates an account and invites their partner. Once linked, you can start adding shared goals, bills and expenses.

Can we choose how to split an expense?

Yes. Shared expenses have explicit percentage shares. They default to an even split, and you can choose a different split for each expense.
